We have been experiencing login/logout problems on the site since we upgraded and we're not completely sure why. We seem to have solved the problem of logging out when trying to view topics but each time you visit the site you will have to login again.

Can we please have some feedback from you on this issue. If you are still experiencing problems then post in this topic with the problem and the browser you use.

Not been on in a while, but the http://www.xtreme-mp3s.com tells me it's not there.

I had to go through the google forum link shortcut.

Probably a misconfig in the admin area

Domain name (WWW or no WWW), Script path, and/or Cookies settings.

Have u ever edited the htaccess file?

I remember you used to have a portal installed, are the setting still applied for that?

There hasnt been any problems since we removed the cookie infomation in the admincp.

Might be because you have users access the site from a .com and .co.uk domain and the cookie settings will go crazy if the cookie is set for .com and people visit the site on the .co.uk domain, it wont like the cookie and log the user out.

Do you have both of the domains pointed to the webspace? If so you probably better off just forwarding one to the other to avoid cookie confusion and log outs, might possibly work, so like forward the .co.uk to the .com so the .com cookie will always be valid.

May work, may not..

Edit: Scratch that just notice the co.uk is forwarded anyhow.
